Nicola Berardino, Italian

 

Nicola Berardino was born in the southern Italian town of Bari, Italy which is located in the sourthern province of Puglia in 1960. His paintings convey a poetic harmony of the irridescent lakes, the Azur skies and the classical architecture of the Italian Landscape. His subjects are intimate and invite the observer to appreciate the beauty he sees which include incomparable vistas, classical town squares, endless seas and skies. Berardino's palette is rich and intense. His brush strokes are expressive and passionate. He has been participating in expositions and contests, obtaining important prizes and recognition. His works are included in private and public collections in Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Japan, the USA, and Saudi Arabia.
